Effective Date: January 1, 2023 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by RCM Search. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms: 1. Services Provided RCM Search specializes in staffing and recruitment services, including sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to clients. 2. Client Onboarding A signed agreement is required before services commence (we avoid using the term "contract"). An initial payment of $1,000 is required, which is part of the total 20% compensation fee. 3. Fees & Payment The total service fee is 20% of the placed candidate’s annual salary. The $1,000 upfront payment will be deducted from the total fee upon successful placement. Full payment is due upon the candidate’s start date unless otherwise agreed. 4. Placement Guarantee RCM Search offers a 30-day guarantee for placements. If the client is unsatisfied within this period, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost. If a candidate leaves after the 30-day guarantee period, we will work with the client to replace the candidate at no cost, subject to agreement. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients must provide accurate and complete job requisition details, including job descriptions, qualifications, and expectations. Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback on candidates presented. 6. Candidate Information RCM Search ensures all candidates are sourced and screened based on the client’s requirements. However, RCM Search is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by candidates (e.g., resumes, references). 7. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared information, including candidate and client details. 8. Limitation of Liability RCM Search will not be held liable for: Candidate performance post-placement. Losses or damages arising from delays or unforeseen circumstances. 9. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for services rendered prior to termination remain payable. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. 11. Amendments RCM Search reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
